The Quang Binh Association of Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Production and Export is a socio-professional organization comprised of enterprises and organizations operating in the fields of production and export of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products in Quang Binh.
The Association was established under Decision No. 2685/QD-UBND dated September 20, 2024, issued by the Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee. The Association has legal status, its own seal and bank account, and operates in accordance with the Charter approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee under Decision No. 301/QD-UBND dated February 14, 2025.
On December 12, 2024, the Association held its first Congress to officially adopt the establishment and elect the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Supervisory Board for its first term.
The Association’s objective is to connect, support, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of its member enterprises in improving the value, quality, and competitiveness of Quang Binh’s agricultural, forestry, and fishery products. It aims to promote the development of raw material sources for production and export, contributing to the socio-economic development of Quang Binh province, particularly in agriculture, rural areas, and for farmers.
Currently, the Association comprises dozens of member enterprises that are key producers, processors, and exporters, playing a vital role in the agricultural, forestry, and fishery supply chains. These members contribute significantly to the development of local agricultural economics and the enhancement of Quang Binh’s product value in both domestic and international markets.
The Association is supported by a team of experts including PhDs, Masters, engineers, and bachelor’s degree holders with expertise and experience in agriculture, crop cultivation, livestock, aquaculture, food processing, trade promotion, law, accounting, and more, to provide support for its member enterprises.
